Robbery is a "strike" offense under California's three thrikes law. If you have been charged with robbery, keeping your record clear of a conviction is critical. Ventura County Criminal Defense Attorney Robert Helfend is one of Los Angeles's criminal defense attorneys dealing with three strikes laws. He uses every strategy available to dismiss or reduce your charges to a charge that will not include a three strikes violation. You may not realize how important a three strikes conviction is to you now, but you will if you are ever facing life imprisonment for a minor charge that may come up in your distant future.
If you are facing robbery or armed robbery charges and this is your third strike, you already know how important your defense is. You can't afford to hire an attorney who doesn't have a proven record of success.
