3 arrested after T.O. burglary

hree suspects in a Thousand Oaks burglary were arrested this week, officials said Wednesday.

The burglary was reported about 1 p.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of Sweet Briar Place. Police were called after a resident returned home, found his house had been burglarized, heard suspicious noises and saw two people fleeing from the home.

Police arrested three suspects nearby and recovered stolen property.

Cody Martinez, 23, of Thousand Oaks, Travis Jones, 22, of Simi Valley and Marlene Macias, 20, of Thousand Oaks were booked into Ventura County Jail on suspicion of residential burglary.
