Murder at Covina party

Los Angeles County sheriff's homicide investigators have arrested two teens in connection with the fatal stabbing of man at a party early Saturday in unincorporated Covina.
Detectives arrested Mark Parker, 19, of Glendora on Sunday on suspicion of murder. He is being held at Men's Central Jail on $1-million bail.
Mary Villareal, 18, of Covina was arrested in connection with the death for allegedly being an accessory. She is being held at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood on $500,000 bail.
Christian Smith, 19, died a short time after being stabbed in the upper torso around 2 a.m. Saturday after an argument at a party attended by about two dozen young adults in the 20000 block of Stephanie Drive.
Parker ran from the scene immediately after the stabbing. Sheriff's investigators did not say whether they recovered a knife.
