On Sunday night, a Port Hueneme liquor store was robbed by an unidentified armed man. He was covered head to toe in black with a skull cap and a white bandana over his nose and mouth.
The robber entered Plaza Wine and Spirits sometime before 8:42 p.m., and demanded money from the clerk as he pointed a black revolver to his head.

Luckily, no one was injured in the incident, but the robber is still on the loose. Armed robbery is a felony offense that, if convicted, could lead to substantial time in prison. The best thing you can do is contact an experienced criminal defense attorney.

"You may not realize how important a three strikes conviction is to you now, but you will if you are ever facing life imprisonment for a minor charge that may come up in your distant future" - Robert Helfend.
