Simi Valley Man facing sex crime charges

49-year-old Brian Alan Witkin was arrested Monday for an inappropriate relationship with a 17-year-old girl from Simi Valley. Witkin met the girl when he worked as the manager of a snack concession for the Simi Valley Baseball League.
Witkin was arrested on suspicion of numerous unlawful sexual offenses with a minor, including unlawful sexual intercourse, giving harmful material to a minor, having contact with a minor with the intent of committing a sexual offense and annoying or molesting a minor.
