It is difficult to feel safe in many situations, however, walking along the a quiet street or sitting inside your home with your family seem like situations where you wouldn't have to be particularly vigilant. Howver, that is not always the case.
Inside a home in Oxnard four people were held at gunpoint and robbed last week.
The details of the story are that a couple was walking along the street when a masked armed man with a gun ordered them to enter a residence. Inside the man also pointed his gun at the two people inside the home. He demanded money and then left on foot.
Police have not released the names of the victims, who are presumably shaken but otherwise unharmed, nor the amount of money the thief obtained.
The man was described as being approximately 35 years old, 200 pounds, and had a shaved head. He left the house in dark clothing and the victims did not see any accomplices or a get away vehicle.
If anyone has details on this or any crime they are encouraged to contact police.
Los Angeles Robbery Defense Attorney Robert Michael Helfend could help the man that will be accused of this crime. Contacting Mr. Helfend means a better chance at an aggressive defense which may get your a reduced sentence or dropped charges. Although he won't make empty promises, Ventura County Defenese Attorney Robert Helfend will fight hard to see you free of the confines of prison.
