The details of a recent case could have been written into a summer blockbuster. A man convicted of torturing the elderly under his care is now claiming to have been beaten several times inside prison walls.
Allegedly other inmates in the general population have set out to teach Cesar Ulloa about the 'prison code'. Apparently an inmate got a copy of the paper that outlinedthe crime Ulloa was convicted complete with picture. That is when Cesar says the beatings started.
Ulloa says that he has asked to be moved from gen pop because of the threats and beatings, however the officers have not moved him into protective custody.
Ulloa was convicted of brutally beating several patients at a Calabasas retirement home where he worked. Witnesses say he would often laugh while viciously attacking residents that were unable to call for help.
Correctional officers within the institution say that Ulloa is making up the beating story's and exagerateing scrapes and bruises.
