A man in Los Angeles allegedly tried to hire a professional to kill a police officer because the officer ticketed him and had his car towed. John Forbush, a 21 year man, is currently in jail awaiting trial for this crime.
The reports say that Forbush hired one man who was pulled over for drunk driving, therefore he approached another man who went to the police with information suggesting that Forbush wanted an officer killed. His attorney says that the charges aren't as serious as they seem and that the case is 'complicated'. He seems to expect his client to be found not guilty, the same as his plea.

Forbush was reportedly offering only two hundred dollars for the murder. He is now in jail in lieu of one million dollars bail and will face nine years in prison for his crime.
In California murder charges are made more serious by the availability of the death penalty. While this case was thankfully stalled before the worst could happen, Los Angeles Murder Defense Attorney Robert Michael Helfend could help in this case. Murder cases are not something that Robert Helfend will shy away from.
With his extensive experience helping and fighting for the rights of the residents of Ventura County, Robert Helfend will put together a defense plan that will aim to see anyone accused of such a heinous act exonerated of those charges and free to live thier lives.
