This week Ralph Wyatt, a registered sex offender, will begin his trial for criminal harassment and sex crimes.
The man was arrested for breaking and entering the homes of two local women back in February. Investigators say that he not only robbed the homes but also left sexually charged notes, one of which said he would return to the home at a later date.
He will be facing a maximum of ten years in prison for four counts of burglary, two counts of stalking, and one count of sexual battery.
Although Wyatt was living in the area it has been suggested that he was not registered on the Los Angeles Sex Registry as the only man by the name of Wyatt on the list is not the man who has been arrested.
Los Angeles Sex Offender Defense Attorney Robert Michael Helfendcould help in this case. With the experience necessary to defend client's who have been accused of sexual crimes, Robert Helfend will fight for the best outcome possible.
