Last Monday at around 1pm three people broke into the Glendale Jewlery Mart on North Boulevard and used axes and hammers to smash open cases and steal as much merchandise as they could carry.

Police are asking for the public's help in finding those responsible. Three suspects have been detained but six can be clearly seen on the surveillance video. Witnesses would not give names or descriptions of those they had seen because they feared the suspects would find out who had given details and hurt them.
Investigators are asking anyone with information to please come forward with any detail that may lead to the arrest of the other three suspects.
None of the jewlery has been recovered and no weapons were found, however there are reports of two vehicles leaving the scene one of which was a burgundy Buick.
