Angelina Escobar's family is still looking for who killed her and her boyfriend, Alex Santiago, last September.
Traveling across the country from LA to Chicago, this family vows to continue their efforts until the killer or killers who murdered Angelina and her boyfriend Alex Santiago are brought to justice. They are puuting up fliers and asking questions looking for clues any way that they can.
"We have to find out who killed her, we have to, we owe it to her," said Diane Lauletta, Escobar's mother.
Last year 19 year old Escobar and 24 year old Santiago had just moved into a new apartment in Albany Park, the police say that the killer(s) broke into their home and killed them both. They died of gunshot wounds. Although some drugs were allegedly found in the apartment, Angelina's family is certain that she had nothing to do with them.
"We talk about her all the time, we go back and forth, always trying to figure out who did it, looking for clues," said Marisa Campos, Escobar's sister.
