Forty year old Nicole Vildivia and her husband Richard were arrested this week for a slew of warrants. She had been named one of Ventura County's most wanted by the local Crime Stoppers. She was taken into custody at her residence, a trailer in the El Rio area by the Ventura County Auto Theft task force.
Nicole's warrants included two felonies, one for forgery from an elder or dependent adult and the other for petty theft with a prior according to her jail records. She is being held without bail.
Nicole's husband Richard Vildivia was wanted for felony drug charges and is being held until he is able to pay the thirty thousand dollar bail.
The arrest comes just days after Nicole Valdivia was featured in the Ventura County Star as part the Crime Stoppers' Most Wanted feature. Clearly the organization is doing it's job.
If you are arrested for any reason you must make sure to hire the very best lawyer you can find. In Ventura County that man is Defense Attorney Robert Helfend. He has helped countless clients in his twenty years of trial history and will do his best to see that you get the same positive outcome so many of them were able to see.
Robert Helfend will meet with anyone for a free initial consultation and explain exactly what they are facing and what the steps to freedom look like. He will not promise you acquittal but he will certainly work hard toward that goal.
