Los Angeles Defense Attorney Robert Helfend Will Take Your Murder Case

An unidentified man opened fire on his own family inside a San Bernadino 'Del Taco restaurant on Saturday. He fatally shot his son in law, the man's six year old son and wounded his stepdaughter and the couple's other child.
He then turned the gun on himself and died at the scene. The names of the victims and the shooter have not been released.
"There was a very brief exchange of words, then he opened fire on them at near point-blank range," San Bernardino police Lt. Jarrod Burguan said.
So far police have not been able to establish a motive for the crime. None of the employees or other patrons were injured as it was clear that the man only sought the four targets.
"I saw some people yelling and all of a sudden I heard 'boom, boom, boom, boom'," Jorge Garcia, who works at a recycling trailer in the same parking lot as the restaurant, told the Riverside Press-Enterprise. "I saw two employees run out of the employee door and then I saw eight or 10 people run out of the restaurant and across the street."
