Insider Trading At The Happiest Place On Earth

Bonnie Hoxie, former assistant to Disney Corporate Communications Chief, and her boyfriend Yonni Sebbag were accused in May of selling insider information to multiple hedge funds across the US and Europe.
After traveling from New York To Los Angeles, Hoxie was allowed to go free on a $50 bail. However, on that same day her boyfriend wasn't so lucky as he was ordered to remain in custody in New York.
"It's early in the case, the allegations are just allegations... they're subject to verification," Hoxie's lawyer, Robert Baum, told reporters after the court hearing. "I intend to do a very thorough investigation."
33 year old Bonnie has not said anything in the courtroom as of yet and is reported to sit expressionless throughout the proceedings. The charges for her and Sebbag can mean 20 years behind bars if the are found guilty in the federal court system.
