This week we can already read one blog concerning the death of a California man due to a high speed chase accident. On Thursday another tragic incident ended in death as a six year old girl was pinned against a wall by a drug suspect attempting to flee police.

Kayla Woods was in her own neighborhood playing when the cars came screaming around the block.
The situation started with Los Angeles Police telling a car to pull over after witnessing a drug deal. The driver complied but then changed his mind and went on a wild ride for two minutes while throwing evidence including handguns out the window. Aaron Rojas, 32, was driving and fled even after hitting and killing the little girl. He was later locating by the use of LAPD dogs and taken into custody.
Rojas and his passengers have been charged with drug possession and other things including evading resulting in death which is a felony.
