3rd Man Caught In Murder Case

Daniel Dingui-Cardona was extradited for drug related charges and is also accused of murder. 35 year old Dingui-Cardona had two co-defendants in the case. Javier Cruz-Falcon and Eusebio Melendez-Ventura along with Daniel kidnapped a man by the name of Jose Chevere and allegedly shot him to death.
The three bellieved that Chevere had stolen some of theirs drugs. They now face felony murder and kidnapping charges. Dingui-Cardona is being held on a $2 million bail.
The other two are also in custody and none have pled guilty.
