Lindsay Lohan is back in trouble as anyone who checks the news fromm time to time can plainly read.
However, this time she has been officially sentenced to 90 in jail for violating her probation.
Lohan was previously ordered to wear a SCRAM bracelet which monitors alcohol in her system and alerts first a monitoring company and then the Los Angeles Police if any alcohol is detected in her system. Lohan's reportedly went off during an MTV Movie Awards after party.
Because of the infraction Lohan spent a lot of time in court fighting the charges and attempting to remain able to travel back and forth to her newest movie location, a battle which she lost.
However, due to overcrowding and budget cuts in the Los Angeles jail system she may spend only a few days behind bars. The correctional facility has been known to shave the sentences of nonviolent woman offenders by as much as 90%. This would mean that Lindsay would be out in less than a week.
