After being in prison for two decades Pamela smart, the women who was convicted of having sex with a student and coercing him to kill her husband, is still proclaiming her innocence.
At 22 Smart was a teacher's aide in New Hampshire. She got involved with several teenage boys and even began a sexual relationship with one of them, a decision she told the Los Angeles Times recently was the "worse of my life" . Those kids would later kill her husband Gregg Smart.
Pamela maintains that although she did sleep with a 16-year old boy, she never inferred that the youths should or could kill her husband and she certainly never asked them to do so. Only two of the boys, now well over thirty, are still serving time, the two others have been paroled.
