Harmless mischief and fun can easily get out of hand if those involved aren't very careful. Robert Helfend can work for you should a night of childish pranks turns into a whirlwind nightmare. Don't feel as though the fact you have been charged with a crime means that you must face those charges alone.
A Mormon church in Cardiff was set ablaze in the late night hours of Jan 24th. The church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Lake drive was intentionally set on fire and burned 5,000 dollars worth of damage.
Members said that graffiti lined the walls and doors of the church on the morning the fire evidence was found. The San Diego County Sheriff Department's Bomb and Arson squad investigated the fire and assessed damages.
ATF was able to confirm that the blaze was set deliberately and are now actively searching for suspects. Church elders and parishioners are struggling to understand why.
Anyone with information can call the ATF at (888) ATF-FIRE or (888) 283-3473 and receive a reward up to $5,000.
People may also provide information anonymously and receive a reward up to $1,000 by calling San Diego County Crime Stoppers at (888) 580-8477.
