Cold Case Possibly Solved

In 1988 16-year-old Gehmine Chandler was found dead by her father in their southern California home. She had been sexually assaulted and strangled.
A 38 year old man was arrested for the crime this Tuesday and put behind bars where he will remain until his trial.... he is her half brother.
Although his name has not been released he is apparently getting a lot of attention in the way of questioningas new evidence has perhaps surfaced with new technology. It has been said that he has a short rap sheet of mostly theft, and nothing was missing from the girls room 22 years ago, but he hasn't ever been considered in a violent crime. More details will come available in the days and weeks to come concerning this horrific cold case that may soon be put to bed.
