Three men and a boy were arrested on robbery charges after a routine traffic stop revealed that the men matched the descriptions of those seen fleeing the scene. When police stopped the car speeding on to the highway they found weapons, masks, money, and gloves. Two of the men, one seen on camera and one seen by witnesses when he removed his face covering while leaving the crime, have been positively identified. All four are currently being held. This case seems 'open and shut' and would be a defense attorney's nightmare. But Ventura Defense Attorney Robert Michael Helfend doesn't shy away from difficult cases. He has taken many cases and seen his clients walk free due to his skilled knowledge of the law. As in the following: "Client was indicted for conspiring to purchase and sell 12 kilos of cocaine. Special agents arrested the client's 3 codefendants at the scene with 12 kilos and over $100,000. The client was supposedly heard on a wiretap arranging the transaction. Through careful analysis of the government's evidence and skillful use of expert witnesses, Mr. Helfend successfully persuades the U.S. Attorneys Office to DISMISS the case prior to trial." - Case Files of Robert Helfend Let Mr. Helfend help you.
