A woman in south LA reported that a child abuse investigator came to her home to possibly remove her children due to a shoplifting charge. Instead he forced her to have sex with him.
The investigator, a fifty three year old man by the name of Yadullah "Eddie" Lorghaba, has been charged with one count of felony sexual assault and will face a sentence of four year if convicted as well as, obviously, being fired as soon as possible.
A report released by the Los Angeles Police Department states "After the assault, the suspect told her he would not be removing her children that day; however, he would be returning the following week for another follow-up visit,".
Lorghaba has reportedly worked out a deal with the prosecutors and has therefore turned himself in. Since his saliva was found on the bra of the woman, there is little doubt that the case will lead to a favorable outcome for the defendant.
