In March of 2008 a young woman in Los Angeles was murdered in her home. Investigators have recently found the recordings where she was trying to call 911 when the assailant snatched the phone from her hands.
Twenty one year old Juliana Redding, a budding actress, was allegedly killed by Kelly Soo Park. Park is currently on trial in California and a man, reportedly known by the victim who has pleaded not guilty, is out on bail.
Evidence in the case suggests that there was no forced entry and quite a struggle before the murder. It also appears as though evidence had attempted to be destroyed, however authorities have enough to point the finger at Park.
The body was found by police after Redding's mother called to report that she had not heard from her daughter and that was highly unusual.
