About a year ago a young women in the Ventura County area went missing, three months later she was found dead under a matress. Now investigators believe the man responsible is in custody.
David Haidle has been arreseted and being held on a 200,000 dollar cash only bail. Police believe that evidence collected from his El Cerro Mission home and the location of the body will be the foundation on which an air tight case against Haidle.
"This is a great day for Valencia County and a great day for the family of Tiffany Lauer Ventura to hopefully start bringing some closure to that family and to bring some answers to what happened," said Detective Aaron Jones.
