An arrest has been made less than a week after three men were murdered in a West Hollywood apartment.
Earlier this week we profiled a case where two brothers and a friend of theirs were shot to death for no aparent reason. Police originally thought that drugs were not a motivating factor in the case.
However, now that thirty one year old Harold Yong Park, a Korean man from East Hollywood, has been arrested and several pounds of marijuana were found in his possession investigators are thinking that may have been taken from the apartment.
As more time passes the case is coming together in a fashion which may lead to the conviction of Park as the killer of all three men.
"Drug crimes investigations often involve more than allegations of drug possession or narcotics trafficking. If conducted at the federal level, investigators often look for evidence of money laundering and conspiracy. Once an indictment is handed down, a criminal forfeiture may be initiated, allowing the government to seize any property or assets it believes the accused acquired with proceeds from illegal drug activity. At my office,Robert Michael Helfend, Attorney at Law, I have the resources and experience needed to defend clients on multiple fronts in cases involving charges of drug trafficking in Los Angeles.
