Police have very few leads and even fewer concrete details in a fatal shooting that happened in the wee hours of Saturday morning Aug 14th. All of those involved were apparently at a rave type party in South El Monte.
At around 2:30am fights broke out and shots were fired. The shots left 26 year old Clara Myung Hee Chu dead and three younger Asian men, no names were released, wounded but otherwise alive.
Authorities say that the party was likely illegal as a permit is needed for gatherings in the area where the party was held. Investigators are continuing to look for details and facts and say they will take action if they find illegal actions were involved.
