In another blog I wrote about the gruesome and senseless murder of a harmless homeless man by the name of John McGraham. He was a good man who lived on the street and didn't bother anyone. He was killed by Ben Mathew Martin who doused him with gasoline and burned him alive.
Martin was sentenced for the crime this week. He pleaded guilty to the crime. Investigators found that three months before hte murder martin had been fired from his job at a barbershop close to the crime scene because his boss found out that he had hit McGraham with a bag of towels and kicked him in the back. martin told police that the murder was revenge for losing his job.
Ben Matthew Martin was found guilty and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
In cases where an excellent and aggressive criminal defense is needed it's important to locate an attorney in Los Angeles who has the experience to understand and the desire for justice. Ventura Defense Attorney Robert Michael Helfend is that kind of lawyer. He will search for details of any case that will help to get charges reduced or dropped altogether.
In cases where heinous murder is at the heart, Mr Helfend will suggest a defense that will seek to keep his client alive and away from the death penalty. Contact his law offices for a free initial consultation and sleep better tonight.
