Federal Agents Arrest Four On Gun Charges

Federal Agents Arrest Four On Gun Charges
Federal agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives have arrested four people whom agents say purchased firearms and distributed them to convicted felons in Colorado and Northern California. Jerry Jones, Sanae Quiroz-Jones, Terry Price and Wendy Gardiner have all been charged with interstate firearms trafficking.
Jones and Quiroz-Jones were arrested in Denver and ordered to appear in the Eastern District (CA) federal courthouse in Sacramento later this week. Travis Price is in state custody in California on unrelated matters and Wendy Gardiner is listed as a fugitive. The four are accused of conspiring to deal firearms without a license and making false statements to a licensed firearms dealer to acquire weapons. In addition, Price and Gardiner face charges of being convicted felons in possession of a firearm.
