Robbery Charges For Four OC Men
Robbery charges have been filed against three Orange County men accused of committing several home-invasions and robberies in Orange County in December and January.
Police arrested Richard Martinez, Jesse Rubio and Brian Nightingale in connection with the crimes following a month-long investigation. In addition, a fourth man, Anthony Vega, is also accused of participating in a string of home invasion robberies in Los Angeles County with the other three men.
Police also believe that the four men are responsible for a string of other robberies and burglaries in Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Bernardino County. According to police, their investigation found stolen property and a large cache of firearms, some of which were stolen during the robberies.
In all, the four suspects face thirty-four felony counts including robbery, false imprisonment, assault with a firearm and attempted carjacking. Martinez and Nightingale are being held without bail. Rubio is being held on a $2.9 million bond and Vega is being held on a $700,000 bond.
