Adelanto Woman Arrested In Perfume Thefts
Store personnel spotted Youssef shoplifting the perfumes. Earlier that day, store personnel at the Apple Valley Target store had reported similar thefts by the same suspect. A San Bernardino Sheriff's deputy was able to identify the suspect, who had also been linked to retail thefts at the Hesperia Super Target. Youssef has been charged with burglary and possession of stolen property. She was lodged in the West Valley Detention Center on a $50,000 bond.
