Suspected DUI Accident Thousands Oaks

11-year-old Thomas Botello died last week of injuries sustained in a suspected DUI accident on July 4. Botello was a passenger in a car driven by his aunt, Page Germain, 45, of Huntington Beach. Germain was also treated for injuries from the accident, and was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of prescription medication at the time of the crash. Botello was airlifted to St. John's Regional Medical Center and later to Childrens Hospital of Los Angeles. The Ventura County District Attorney's Office is expected to file charges against Germain.
