Cocaine Trafficking Charges Los Angeles

Cocaine Trafficking Charges
Federal authorities arrested several alleged gang members in connection with an ongoing cocaine trafficking operation. Authorities executed 28 federal arrest warrants against known members of the Venice Shoreline Crips and the Venice-13 street gangs.
The arrests are the result of an investigation that began in 2008. Authorities accuse the gang members of operating a major crack cocaine supply line, saying that the Venice Shoreline Crips supplied dealers with crack cocaine. The arrested individuals face federal charges in Los Angeles. Ten other gang members are accused of selling drugs directly to users. Those arrested for selling drugs directly to buyers will be charged in Superior Court in Los Angeles.
