ICE officials acted on a tip and discovered that the 100-lb donkey statues contained drugs stored in a hollow center. The Los Angeles Border Enforcement Security Task Force was notified, and the shipment was then tracked to two different locations in Fontana and Sun Valley, where the recipients were arrested.
