Moorpark Crash Leads To DUI Arrest
A nineteen year-old Moorpark man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after he collided with a cement light pole and retaining wall at a high speed on Countrywood Drive. A passenger in the vehicle was seriously injured and firefighters had to extract the victim from the vehicle. He and the driver, Graham Gilmore, were taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. In addition to the DUI charge, Gilmore has been charged with a special circumstance of causing an injury.
